Total Performance Fitness has the answer with our small group personal training sessions, giving you a great mix of functional strength and conditioning training from our top personal trainers. Adult Group training:
£6 per session

Training Times:
Monday 6pm – 7pm; 7pm – 8pm

Wednesday 6pm – 7pm; 7pm – 8pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm


We are proud to announce the new small group personal training sessions to our list of training options. Our adult programmes are tailored specifically to the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout, we can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. You will have the benefits of a personal training session with one of our expert personal trainers, while also having the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals to train alongside. Each group training session will include static and dynamic warm-ups, bodyweight exercises, kettlebell or dumbbell exercises, and a conditioning element for a full body workout.
