What is Functional Training?

At TPF we use a a formula of combined training methods that are going to help you with not only your sports activities, but in your daily lives.We view strength as a skill and like any skill it must be practiced. Large, multi joint movements will focus on strength, stability and movement will help you increase overall strength and allow you to move more freely. We also focus on improving your tissue quality, flexibility and conditioning. We aim to not only provide our athletes with a well rounded balanced program but also for our personal training clients.
