Group Functional Training sessions start May 18th!

IMG_5173Total Performance Fitness is pleased to announce our new small Group Functional Training sessions! These unique sessions allow you to have a training experience in a small group format of no more than 6 people. Training in a small group is a great way to mix up your normal routine or simply train with friends while at a fraction of the cost.

Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout, we can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The training sessions are aimed at improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness.

These programmes are not only designed to help you achieve your goals, but to help you move better and become healthier than you ever have in your life. During the workout, the group of no more than 6 adults covers the following: Myofascial Release (Foam Roll), Static Stretching, Active Warm Up, Functional Strength Training, Conditioning.

These sessions will run daily with morning and evening workouts available. Please contact for more information.

  • Monday May 18th/Wednesday May 20th – 6pm
  • Tuesday May 19th/Thursday May 21st – 8am
  • Monday May 25th/Wednesday May 27th – 6pm
  • Tuesday May 26th/Thursday May 28th – 8am
  • Cost: £9 per session.
